Men's Health Week: 9-15 June 2025
Mates in Mind, believe breaking the silence and stigma surrounding mental ill-health is a crucial step towards providing a safe and healthy workplace environment. Let's start the conversation.
Trigger Warning: this page includes mention of suicide. Men’s Health Week UK is running from Monday 9 to Sunday 15 June 2025. We are encouraging everyone in our network to start a conversation about mental health within their own organisations and across the businesses they work with. The
Men’s Health Forum organises Men’s Health Week each year. The week aims to raise awareness of men’s health and to encourage all men to seek help to address any health concerns that they may be experiencing. This year their campaign is calling for a Men’s Health Strategy. We believe that there is no health without mental health, and we advocate for everyone seeking help when they need it. We do this by raising awareness of mental health, encouraging everyone to start a conversation about it, and for organisations to implement effective interventions to address it, so that, together we can address the stigma that surrounds it.
